Or at least that's what the ideal picture would be. Frankly I'm getting distracted by tales of naked men tromping down my hallway and of people giving birth to fairy children. But! Steph must persevere as she has essays to write and oh god so much to read.
It was my birthday on Friday! ^^ Hurrah, Steph is old and now her LJ's sidebar no longer lies. It basically involved running to campus trailing suitcase and bags in the hot sun--after having forgotten that food is probably important to one's health sometimes--and then finding out that an early bus out was already there and so I got back to Mississauga early. 'Course the fact that I had to wait 'til around 4:50 meant it didn't make much difference, but meh. And then we went out for food after the students had gone. Trattoria Timone which was pretty and the food was quite good. Or at least everyone else's food. ;p I'm me, I clearly win the most mediocre main course ever. But there was so much of it too. x_X; Of the ohgodohgodI'mgoingtobesick kind y'alof much. Which should probably tell me that eating stuff before a four-course meal is totally not on.
But we came back for cake anyway. And ate it. And it was good. And then I fell over, but that's besides the point.
...Yes that was my birthday. Yes I am a very exciting girl. What can I say?
And... this clearly took longer to write than I thought it would and is cutting into valuable essay-writing/sleeping time. So back to the grindstone I go and let us hope no one sends a firework through my window this time! :3
Happy Canada Day everyone, love and flying hamsters to all. ^_^
[EDIT]: Oh I forgot to add! First! I must reiterate the sadness that is me having missed SKIN AND Anna Tsuchiya AND Sammi. Second, look look! The Spice Girls are back!! :D!
...Yes I am allowed to glee over the Spice Girls. First non-Aaron-Kwok music obsession ever and I never got to see them live. ;p
