I just went through my Edit Friends list and found that about 5 new people had added me since last I checked. I end up friending all, because I'm nice and sweet and lovable like that (...*snork*), but who wants to tell me who you are? ^^;;

And... where I know you, because my memory is frightful. ;p

On another note: Toronto is a mess. o.O;; Rain, rain, rain, flood. My cousin managed to get himself stuck in water more then three feet high. And my aunt's flying in from Hong Kong today... :S I wonder what's happening at the airport? ^~^;;

Gaaah it was hailing and raining and it sucked @.@;; I stood on my porch for 5 seconds and I got beat by ice pellets :x And then I tried to close my window before it flew off... and it almost flew off ^^;; Twice :x Not a cool day at all~ @.@;;

o.o Hail??

We just got a thunderstorm early in the morning (it was actually cool, I was dreaming and the loudest burst of thunder coincided with the most dramatic part of said dream--the part after which I woke up of course ^^;;) and a bit of rain in the afternoon. Oh and wind. Whooooosh~

:( I was stuck in a piano store for 5 hours. 1 hour to get home.

Omfg. Toronto hydro bites.

I'm just relieved Hydro 1 got all the flak... My dad recently got promoted (against his will, but you can't really tell the higher-ups "No" can you?) so if there's ever another large blackout he might be one of the ones who gets fired. :S

But! You did not get caught in any flooded bits of road, did you? *worried look*

@_@ Yikes, I hope blackouts are avoided but it seems to happen pretty often around here.

T_T And nope, luckily I didn't. Just a bunch of traffic lights that didn't work... Strange thing is that a lot of cars decided to break down together today too. o.o I passed by a lot of pulled over cars with smoke coming out of them or just parked at the side of the road.

Overall power outtages don't bug me that much, it's just today was an exception. >_<;;

right on, pieces.

and that necklace sure draws the eye... O_O
we've been having rain lately here too on the east coast, but its not flooding or anything.....don't get yourself caught in anything you make it sound like your in India or something >.>;

Stephaniemirroredsakura on August 20th, 2005 05:01 am (UTC)
...*betrays moment of sheer stupidity and asks the question* They flood a lot in India? ^^;;

And Toronto did flood. The little up-past-your-knees kind, but apparently that's bad enough to get broadcasted internationally... o.O;; And yet here I am not 45 minutes away and we get a bit of rain and some wind. Crazy weatherbugs. ;p

according to my beloved twin-friends it does, but hey, they're not the most reliable source if you know what I mean. ^_^~

Stephaniemirroredsakura on August 22nd, 2005 05:17 am (UTC)
Happened here too. 5 feet of water. I didn't think anywhere in the GTA could flood that much! Especially a highway! @.@!

That's like... a... person! o.O;;;;;;;
